Gaeilge 24!
21 November 2023The Irish Department commandeered TY for a day to celebrate Gaeilge 24! Starting with ‘Bricfeasta as Gaeilge’, Mr. ODualing joined in for some Tae agus Plé, followed by a nation-wide Tráth na gCeist, which one of our teams briefly led and finished 9th, in a field of over a míle!
But Gaeilge 24was not over yet! Still to come was Tóraíocht Taisce and Poc Fada down at the Herbo and a session of Irish Speed Dating…
……and an improvised Céilí to wrap things up, turning the Performance Hall into a sauna… with thunderous accompanying acoustics!
