They Grow Up So Fast!
20 March 2026Just ask Daniel Karas’s fencing opponents! This past weekend, the East of Ireland Open 2026, a major senior fencing competition, took place in Ireland, featuring some of the strongest fencers in the country. And, at just 14-years-old, Daniel was the youngest participant — but that didn’t stop him from achieving a great result. He won the Bronze Medal out of 39 competitors, proving himself not only as the top Cadet (U17) but also as one of the strongest senior fencers!
