Could This Be The Next ‘Rudy’?
15 October 2024First of all, let’s get one thing straight: when you go on your holliers, and your parents make you visit the Parisian sites, one of them, the recently smouldering cathedral, is pronounced “no truh dahm.” But what we are talking about here is the greatest university in America: “No Ter Daim”! And, yes, the gold in the paint of the helmets of the university’s football team, ‘The Fightin’ Irish’, is indeed real gold, the same precious flakes that coats the famous dome that rises majestically above the Indianan woodland… we could go on, but if you are interested in becoming the next ‘Rudy’ (the legendary ‘walk-on’ football hero) you had better contact their Director of Recruitment and Strategic Partnerships, Erin Camilleri, who visited us last week, thanks to the networking of our Guidance Counsellor, “Flash” Gordon Weldon, and we were as impressed with her tales about her fabled American university as she was with our impressive candidates for admission…and, perhaps, even golden helmet-wearing!
