A Jolly Jaunt in Killiney!

4 October 2024

Yes, Howth and Bray may be fine locales for perambulations by the TYs and other years, but our rather refined Fifth Years demanded a better address for their constitutional and, since Mr. Lonergan has now been accepted as a local (after years of using a translator), Killiney was the logical choice! Granted, Mr. Coleman, our other Fifth Year Form Teacher, hails from Dundalk and the proper immigration visa had to be sorted, but with all the paperwork done, and the Sherpas duly hired, the merry band set off on their endeavour. Much fun was had on the hills and in the dales, and everyone finished the delightful day off with a trap ride back into Dublin and afternoon tea at the Merrion!
